the sowing of onions depends on the type of onion and the method of sowing. There are many varieties of onion, some of which are recommended as onions to be consumed fresh, just picked, therefore also using the base of the head of leaves; these onions are sown in late summer or late winter, in Italy it is August September, or in February (around); therefore in Australia more or less in February-March, or in August.
